BIPCC : BIPCC is a non-profit CETP company under section 25, promoted jointly by tanneries as per the scheme of UPSIDC Leather Technology Park Banthar at Unnao for tanning industries. BIPCC was formed by the shareholder tanning industries to set-up and operate various CETP's for leather processing & its allied industries to prevent and control the pollution. BIPCC can also provide following consultancy services anywhere in the world for sustainable development of leather Sector :
 

1. Management Consultancy
2. Engineering Consultancy
3. Design of CETP's and CHWDF (Secured Landfill)
4. Feasibility Studies of related projects.
5. Other services like Management, Training and Consultancy services for the most economical design, operation and maintenance and feasibility report for Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP), specially having expertise of WWTP of Tannery or its allied industries. Energy Efficient CETP designs & operations is our prime motto to help the sector.
